The End | Trailer

O Fim (The End) stems from the connection between A Velhice (Old Age), an unpublished text by Gonçalo M. Tavares, and Momento – Artistas Independentes’ desire to work on themes such as Death, the End and Old Age. Four souls wander through what is, to us, a hospital waiting room. Each one has a very strong reason for being there and, perhaps, for inhabiting that space for ever and ever, as if they had frozen the lucid moment when they realised they were getting close to Death. From pale realism to saturated surrealism, the show represents the phases of life that force us to remember what, as human beings, we prefer to forget: the fleetingness of life.
